Simon Fox: Chief Executive Officer and Founder

Simon has held the position of IT Director for several respected UK PLCs providing enterprise software solutions. He has a wealth of technical and management expertise developed during his 20 years experience of large-scale systems development, integration and operations.

His experience includes consultancy at the highest management levels within corporate clients through to in depth understanding of a very wide range of technologies, analytical and design methodologies, deployment languages, protocols and architectures.

He has a Masters Degree in Computer Science and has held senior positions with consulting and software development companies. Simon is a Chartered IT Professional (CITP) and an elected Member of the British Computer Society (MBCS).

Malcolm Lewis: Chief Financial Officer

Malcolm has nearly 30 years commercial and consultancy experience having trained as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG (KMG-Thomson McLintock). For a major part of his life, he has specialised in strategic planning, corporate finance and company turnaround whilst more recently focusing on corporate culture and board governance.

He has been involved with working with Senior Management Teams and Boards coaching, facilitating and training them to co-ordinate and integrate all aspects of strategic leadership and business planning so as to link the hard and soft business issues; he has worked with companies such as AXA, Centrica, Aegon, IBM, Halma, Toyota and extensively the NHS. Over the first 20 years Malcolm was involved in over 30 company restructurings (MBO/MBI etc) having advised or invested personally in many of these companies.

Academically Malcolm is a visiting fellow in Executive Development at Henley Business School, an Entrepreneur in Residence at Bath University and a visiting lecturer in Leadership at the University of the West of England. He is a graduate in Business Administration (BSc) and Financial Management (MSc), a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).

Dr. Keith Blacker: Director

With former roles as Group Finance Director for Simplyhealth and Operations Director for Carivita SpA (Milan), Keith brings substantial experience to businesses from nearly 30 years of working in a variety of board and executive roles. His breadth of experience in different economic cycles across both large and small organisations enables him to bring practical experience to topical board issues as well as being able to make a positive contribution to the strategic development of a business.

Keith has particular expertise in governance issues and is noted for his ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally in order to enhance the organisations appeal and awareness with its key stakeholders. His governance capabilities are supported by his doctorate in operational risk management.

Mike Kirchem: Principal Solutions Architect

Mike holds a First Class Honours Degree in Computer Science and an MBA. His responsibilities include consultancywithin corporate clients through to in depth understanding of a very wide range of technologies, analytical and design methodologies, deployment languages, protocols and architectures.

Mike is responsible for software architecture, design & development. He liaises with the Technical Director for product and solution direction and leads the development team in incorporating these concepts into solutions.
