Bupa Wellness has over 200,000 corporate client employees and tens of thousands of PMI clients which results in a vast number of electronic data exchanges with customers and suppliers. ConnectSales EDI is now running with Bupa Wellness' existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and the invoicing system has been transformed. No investment in new hardware has been necessary. Data is exchanged seamlessly and files are no longer manually processed by customers - they appear in their clearing house financial systems automatically.

As a direct result, the efficiency gains have transformed the process of invoicing; cashflow has improved dramatically and "per invoice" costs have been significantly reduced.
