Bupa Health & Wellbeing - Triage Campaign Manager

Bupa Health & Wellbeing had over 200,000 corporate client employees and tens of thousands of PMI clients who need to be assessed for suitability for orthopaedic treatment at any given time. Bupa identified a service which would yield increased revenue and deliver higher levels of customer care by identifying clients in need of orthopaedic treatment.

An efficient and accurate solution was needed to identify potential patients, assess their needs and book them for treatment. TBI's ConnectSales is now delivering exactly this solution by identifying suitable clients who are assessed using a workflow questionnaire and if suitable, booked in to receive treatment.

Bupa' clients are now being assessed on an ongoing basis and if they are in need of orthopaedic treatment, they get what they need when they need it.
