TBiConnect Limited has been awarded 'Finalist' status in the Innovation category of the Citizen and Gloucestershire Echo Business Awards 2009 for its "Connect" products. The presentation took place at a black tie dinner and award ceremony at Cheltenham Racecourse on Thursday October 8th 2009 attended by over 630 company representatives. Richard Hardy, area commercial director for Gloucestershire for HSBC, described the evening as 'a top class celebration of business'.

Processing 200,000 records every day to decide eligibility and recall based on contract terms, seniority, age and sex resulted in Wellness failing to meet agreed levels of service and was impacting profitability. Affecting their future growth and profitability plans, Bupa Wellness were faced with legacy systems where inflexibility and functionality issues were not only prevalent but seemingly insoluble.
Bupa found the solution with TBi. First Great Western (FGW) is a UK train operating group, part of First Group Plc, with over 70 local operating sites and depots nationwide. A SAP Financials user, FGW used manual ordering and accounts payable processes to handle in excess of 200,000 trading transactions annually.
